I used to have this really great corkscrew, curly fry hair once upon a time. Then one day the top half of my hair decided it wasn’t really interested in being curly anymore and the bottom half wanted to be super curly. So, about 2 years ago I decided to do the keratin treatments to just go straight.  Every 3 months I get to go get my hair painted with some funky chemicals and then spend 3 days being really careful to not screw it up before I wash it. Occasionally when I get close to the end of my 3 months I will try and let my hair be curly for a day. Today was that day. The photo at the top is what is left of my curlies from washing it last night. Bottom photo is me right after the keratin treatment. Not sure why I wanted to share this but what the heck…call it a quasi-throwback thursday post. I guess maybe I am missing my old curls a bit.
